Rotary Blister Card Packaging Machine
Flexible packaging solutions for retail and consumer products
YCH rotary blister card packaging machines combine product loading, card feeding, printing, heat sealing and finished pack handling in one coordinated process. Each machine is configured around your product, blister shape, card design and required level of automation.
The rotary layout is suitable for products that need attractive retail presentation and consistent packaging, including toothbrushes, personal care products, cosmetics, medical accessories, small tools and other consumer goods.
Tell us what you need to pack, and YCH will help define the right machine configuration.
Choose the process that fits your product
Your requirement | Available configuration |
|---|---|
Your blister shells are already formed | Load the product and preformed blister shell, feed the printed card, then seal and discharge the finished pack |
You want to form the plastic blister in the machine | Integrate film heating, forming, cutting and blister transfer, subject to product and package design |
Your product needs careful positioning | Use operator loading or evaluate an automatic product feeding system |
Your card needs production information | Integrate a suitable date, lot or product coding system |
Your pack needs a finished retail shape | Evaluate card folding, edge cutting or hanging hole punching according to the card design |
The station sequence and included equipment depend on the selected machine configuration.
Typical packaging sequence
-
Product and blister loading — Place the blister shell and product into a dedicated carrier, manually or through an optional feeding system.
-
Card feeding — Feed the printed paper card from a magazine into position.
-
Coding — Add a production date, lot number or other required information when specified.
-
Heat sealing — Apply controlled heat and pressure to seal the blister to the compatible card.
-
Finishing — Cut the pack profile or punch a hanging hole when required.
-
Discharge — Transfer finished packs to an output conveyor and clear the carrier for the next cycle.
-
Machine configurations Rotary card sealing
For projects using preformed blister shells and printed cards. The machine can be configured for product loading, automatic card feeding, coding, sealing, pack finishing and discharge.
Rotary blister forming and card sealing
For projects that require plastic film to be heated and formed as part of the packaging line. The forming method, material, blister depth and transfer arrangement are engineered around the approved package design.
Custom automation
Product feeders, vision inspection, coding equipment, conveyors and downstream integration can be evaluated according to the product and production target.
Reference technical range
Previous YCH rotary projects include sealing areas up to approximately 400 × 300 mm and operating rates in the range of 5–12 cycles per minute. These figures are references for initial discussion, not a guaranteed specification for every product. Actual pack output also depends on the number of packs produced per cycle.
Machine dimensions, utilities, material compatibility and production rate will be confirmed after YCH reviews your product samples and packaging layout.
